I have been in the counseling field for almost ten years.Throughout the past decade I have become a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board Certified Life Coach and Approved Clinical Supervisor. I works with young adults, adolescents and families at all stages of life.
I work together with individuals and families to offer a safe space and a helping hand through life’s daily bumps. I specialize in working with children/adolescents of all ages to achieve their goals in emotional health. I believe helping them to process their current life stressors is essential to their future success in all areas of life.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy techniques as well as mindfulness based practices to assist with various mental health needs.
In My Work
In my practice I utilize core concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to assist my clients in regulating their emotions, navigating current life stressors and serve as a support throughout the process of therapy. I am a firm believer in creating healthy habits from a young age leads to healthier adult lives.
When I am Off The Clock
I enjoy spending time with friends and family-near and far! My weekends are spent outdoors with my daughter, husband and our dog, Winnie. I enjoy trying exploring new restraurants, listening to live music and ensuring each day includes laughter.
