I have been in the counseling field for ten years.Throughout the past decade I have become a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board Certified Life Coach and Approved Clinical Supervisor. I work with young adults, adolescents and families at all stages of life.
I work together with individuals and families to offer a safe space and a helping hand through life’s daily bumps. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with perfectionism, anxiety and strive to help clients of all ages achieve their goals in emotional health. I believe helping them to process their current life stressors is essential to their future success in life, worth and relationships.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy techniques as well as mindfulness based practices to assist with various mental health needs.
In My Work
In my practice I utilize core concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to assist my clients in regulating their emotions, navigating current life stressors and serve as a support throughout the process of therapy. I am a firm believer in creating healthy habits from a young age leads to healthier adult lives.
I focus on working through cognitive restructuring and managing dsyregulation within the body to help my clients create new pathways to healing and feeling more contentment in their daily lives.
When I am Off The Clock
I enjoy spending time with friends and family-near and far! My off time is spent with my children and family enjoying being outside, listening to live music or trying a new hobby- In my personal and my professional life I strive for balance with having a realistic expectations on being able to present for all life throws at us daily.

I thoroughly enjoy getting to meet new clients and discuss how I can best support them in their mental health goals. I enjoy getting to know every client and hearing feedback on how our work together can be best directed.
I am core trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy constructs in my practice. I take a person-centered approach for all children & families I work with.
